STR Reports U.S. Hotel RevPAR Surge of 13.6% During Spring Break Week
According to STR’s latest report, U.S. hotels experienced a 13.6% year-over-year increase in RevPAR for the week of March 24–30, 2025, one of the strongest Spring Break periods in recent memory.

STR analysts attribute the surge to a blend of pent-up demand, longer school breaks, and strong travel sentiment, with many families and college groups extending stays and seeking premium leisure options.
