Dusit Hotels and Resorts is re-entering the Indian market with the launch of the dusitD2 Fagu, a luxurious retreat nestled in the serene mountains near Shimla. Set to open in December 2024, this property will offer an extraordinary blend of Thai hospitality and local Himalayan culture. Boasting 80 well-appointed rooms with sizes ranging from 38 to 86 square meters, the hotel is designed to provide guests with modern comforts while immersing them in the breathtaking landscape of the region.
Located just 80 minutes from Shimla Airport and a little over four hours from Chandigarh, dusitD2 Fagu is also accessible via the scenic Kalka-Shimla Toy Train. The hotel’s convenient location makes it an ideal destination for both leisure and adventure travelers looking to explore nearby attractions like Kufri, Mashobra, and Narkanda, as well as the UNESCO-listed Shimla-Kalka Toy Train.
One of the key highlights of dusitD2 Fagu is the renowned Namm Thai Spa, where guests can indulge in wellness treatments inspired by traditional Thai practices, designed to rejuvenate both body and mind.
