Dusit Expands with New Luxury Project in Bangkok

Dusit International has inked a deal with King Square Development Co., Ltd to oversee the Dusit Suites Kingsquare and KingsQuare Residence in Bangkok, set to debut in 2026. Located on Rama 3 Road, adjacent to King’s College International School, this project will feature an upscale hotel, serviced apartments, and a luxury residential tower within a new lifestyle complex that also includes a shopping center.

Dusit Suites Kingsquare will offer 60 hotel rooms and 49 serviced suites, catering to both short and long stays. The property will boast amenities such as a swimming pool, kids’ club, coworking space, all-day dining options, and a versatile meeting room.

The KingsQuare Residence will rise as a 52-storey tower with 222 residences, including one to three-bedroom units and penthouses. Residents will enjoy a swimming pool, barbecue terrace, communal kitchen, kids’ playroom, basketball court, and private meeting areas. Additional Dusit services will include housekeeping, laundry, and a 24-hour concierge.

Suphajee Suthumpun, CEO of Dusit International, emphasized the blend of luxury and Thai-inspired hospitality, aiming to foster a vibrant, connected community. Jakkrit Santirattanakul, Managing Director of King Square Development, highlighted Dusit’s role in setting new standards for luxury and comfort.

This project will be Dusit’s ninth hotel in Bangkok and its second combining hotel and serviced suites. Dusit’s global portfolio includes 301 properties across 18 countries, with over 60 more hotels and resorts in development.
