DTGO Expands UK Hotel Portfolio Through Singapore Stock Market Listing
A Thai investor, DTGO, has recently restructured ownership of its UK hotel portfolio, signaling its intent to expand and upgrade its holdings. With 17 hotels operating under various renowned brands like IHG, Hilton, and Marriott, the group has undertaken a reverse listing on the Singapore stock market, renaming the shell company to ProsperCap. While maintaining a majority shareholding, this move has opened doors for new investors and provided flexibility for future growth plans. Valor Hospitality, the long-term manager of these properties, has overseen refurbishments and remains committed to mutual growth aspirations. Looking ahead, ProsperCap aims to leverage its network to acquire additional hospitality assets globally, alongside implementing enhancement initiatives for its existing portfolio. As a third-party manager, Valor has also expanded its UK portfolio, managing a total of 34 branded properties with future projects underway in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
