India-based Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has introduced its luxury brand, Anamore, with plans for six hotels totaling 1,200 rooms by 2029. The first, a 250-room resort in Pushkar, Rajasthan, opens in December 2025. Cygnett aims to operate over 100 hotels globally, reflecting India’s booming hospitality market.
Cygnett Hotels & Resorts is making waves in the hospitality industry with its latest venture: a luxury brand named Anamore. The first Anamore property, a 250-room resort in Pushkar, Rajasthan, is scheduled to open by December 2025. The initial phase includes six properties across India, offering approximately 1,200 rooms in total. These destinations include Goa, Karjat, Khalapur, Murud, and Srinagar, promising a blend of luxury and regional charm.
Cygnett Hotels currently operates 20 properties across 18 locations under its brands Cygnett Inn, Cygnett Lite, and Cygnett Collection, along with one international property in Nepal. Notably, the company has plans to reach over 100 hotels by 2029, with expansion into global markets on the horizon. Cygnett’s expansion reflects India’s burgeoning tourism sector, driven by its expanding middle class and increasing foreign travel. Jaipur, with three Cygnett properties, remains a key market, alongside locations like Nepalgunj, Nepal.
The Goa property, Anamore Select Resort & Wellness, will be developed in partnership with Yugen Infra and is expected to open between late 2026 and early 2027. Cygnett, headquartered in Gurgaon, has announced plans to grow its portfolio to over 100 hotels by 2029, extending beyond India to new international markets.
